From The Financial Director SES This week I upgraded my accounting software from the market leader, here is my diary of events: I loaded the software carefully following the instructions. When it was loaded it did not show the screens that I required, (these were demonstrated to me on line earlier). I rang support gave my details to a recorded voice, went through 7 options before reaching the one I wanted. The “voice” gave me another 2 minutes of, go to FAQ, go to website etc. Then the voice told me the waiting time was 15-20 minutes!!! I rang late afternoon and waiting time was 5 minutes, the “real person” came on line and said he could only help me with installation problems as I did not have a support contract. I said I would return software, he then said I had not put a code in to activate software, nowhere in the instructions does it say this.
