Swiftest Classic is a roof estimating software package, combining ease of use with an advanced feature set. It has been shown to increase the speed of estimating by approximately 80%.
Manufacturer products lists are already loaded and ready to work for you. These include Redland, Marley, Russell, Forticrete, Sandtoft, Edilians, SSQ Slate and many more so that estimates can be quickly and accurately created. For product pricing use the RRP’s or use your own. Enter labour costs specific to you and the way you work – we help you to do this.

Entering / Calculating Dimensions
Engineered to mirror the workflow of expert estimators, Swiftest transforms your roofing calculations into a streamlined process. When you only have the roof drawings, our intuitive worksheet functionality allows you to build accurate roof area calculations. The custom labelling system ensures all sections can be clearly referenced for future consultations, saving valuable time and eliminating potential errors.

Building the Specification
With the specification broken down in each roof area, Swiftest is designed to allow you to easily select the required products for the jobs specification. With an advanced database behind the scenes only products that work with the selected tile will be shown.
Materials
Swiftest shows a comprehensive list of materials, broken down into roof areas. Wastage and rounding can be applied to each product with the ability to update colours. You can view a summary of these products and go back to add anything you may have missed.
Labour
Add labour to your item with groups used in the current specification. Customise your list adding any extras. Swiftest can be setup to work as you do, with the ability to use main groups only or each area broken done to individual parts.
Final Costs
The finals page allows you to specifiy all additional costs that are needed to cover your additional running costs. This covers everything from the CITB Levy to the your markup.
Reporting
Once a job has been saved you will more than likely require some kind of report. There are numerous reports available within the system, the most common is the item report. We also cover everything from tilers reports to site schedules. Reports can be exported to PDF and Excel or printed.
System Settings / Product Defaults
specify which products should be pre-selected for all tiles when using them in an Item. This speeds up entering an item as the values are selected when a matching dimension is entered. This can be beneficial when doing a large site.
